We allow a same day cancellation up till 6pm on the day of arrival with no penalty. Please note that all third party bookings will have to be canceled by the guest and not the hotel. 

Check-out time is 11:00 am and check-in time is 3:00 pm. Early arrivals or late check-outs will be on a room by room basis depending on what is available or arriving at the hotel.
